AskProso ships with 25+ models configured in the tenant, spanning Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama, Grok and DeepSeek, plus dedicated image and speech models. Models are labelled multimodal, text or image so people pick the right tool, and administrators decide which models each group can reach — allowed, by exception, or blocked.

Budgets are set at organisation, team and individual level. Each envelope has a monthly and a daily limit, a warning threshold and a critical threshold, and an enforcement action applied when spend crosses the critical line. A hard limit blocks usage outright once the budget is exhausted, rather than reporting the overrun afterwards. Per-request ceilings on tokens and cost apply on top.

Yes. AskProso authenticates through Microsoft Entra SSO, so conditional access, MFA and group-based provisioning apply to AI usage the same way they apply to everything else. Entra resolves the person, their role and their group before any model is called, and roles run from User through Admin to Super Admin.

Yes. Web search, voice, image generation and file uploads are each gated independently, and every gate can be set to allowed, by exception, or blocked. Organisation guardrails set the tenant-wide floor; group policies tighten them per team or grant named exceptions, so compliance is the default and flexibility is deliberate.

The adoption dashboard shows the funnel from seats purchased through to weekly active users, and names the seats that have never sent a message — usually the biggest lever on realised value. Alongside it, usage analytics breaks credits down by user, team, service type and model, and response quality is tracked as a satisfaction rate per model.

Yes, through MCP connectors. An administrator enables connectors for the tenant, then each person authorises their own accounts with scoped OAuth permissions shown up front. The assistant can then send mail, check a calendar or post a message during a chat — or unattended on a schedule, where new automations must pass a test run before they are allowed to run on their own.

Yes. Upload a logo once and it becomes the sidebar mark, browser title and favicon for everyone in your tenant. Set an accent colour and font family, and every Word, PowerPoint and Excel file the assistant generates comes out in your house style rather than a default theme.

Yes. Every request is attributed to a person, a team and a model, and lands in both the usage analytics and the audit log. Monitoring surfaces assistant failures from the last 24 hours on the admin overview, so problems are visible without anyone having to go looking for them.
